What’s better than a Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale? The annual club White Elephant Sale!
I scored big time with some golf balls/ T’s and a Sharks Bobble Head from Hal and some colorful felted decor from John. All for under $10!
Olga walked away with an Alexander McQueen scarf for only $10! Woefully, I was out bid on this luxury item generously donated by Aldora. Phil purchased a decorative can that will now serve as the club’s new kitty. Other items on the auction block were musical CDs, books, chocolate covered macadamia nuts, socks, soaps, and a mystery box filled with all sorts of interesting trinkets.
We enjoyed good company, good food, and had fun practicing our sales skills while raising a few bucks for the club.
Next year I’m doing all of my Christmas shopping at the White Elephant Sale!
